I (Ken) am going to be on KCLR 96FM Monday morning, possibly around 11:15am to discuss the recent allocation to KilkennyMusic.com of €3,000 from the Art Acts Grant for 2007. Not sure how long the segment is (could be five minutes, could be fifteen minutes) but it will be live on the show with Declan Gibbons chatting about what KKM is, what we do and how we’re going to make use of the grant.
We’ve been highly privileged over the past two years to receive just over €8,000 in arts funding through the local Arts Office and the Arts Council, money that is vital to the survival and day-to-day running of KilkennyMusic.com (keeping in mind that we work for free, don’t get paid, and we’ve been doing that since day one).
