SUDDYN’s latest release “Gravity” beats off stiff competition from Elvis Presley and The Backstreet Boys in this weeks singles chart showdown!! Reaching #24, Dublin’s anthemic rock band SUDDYN continue to build on their notable success to date!
Strong media support for SUDDYN’s drowned in sound anthem “Gravity” continues to build and flow with FM 104, 98FM & Spin Southwest announcing the addition of “Gravity” to their playlist! The band have also been invited to perform live on City Channel, Pop 4, Spin 103.8 FM, 98 FM, FM 104 and Phantom to name a few!
“Gravity” was mixed in Grouse Lodge and mastered by John Davis in Alchemy Soho, London (clients include Snow Patrol, Artic Monkeys & Razorlight), which has produced a beautifully full and polished sound. The production on the song epitomizes what SUDDYN is all about; a compelling combination of epic rock anthems, another step for SUDDYN in the direction of the sound that they have so aptly coined as “Anthma”.
In an unusual move, the music video was shot on location in the Guinness Storehouse. SUDDYN are the first and only group to be bestowed the honour of shooting in this infamous landmark, who’s unique infrastructure and views of the sunrise over Dublin city make for spectacular viewing! ! The music video for “Gravity” was swiftly picked up by a number of Irish channels and it continues to garner time on our TV’s airwaves!
SUDDYN’s endeavors have attracted much industry interest from across the waters. And with another single release in the pipeline and recording on their debut album beginning this winter, SUDDYN have every intention on continuing to whip an already frothing industry buzz!! A busy gigging schedule by the band is already inked to promote the release of “Gravity”.
