Tonight’s the night. We’re loading up a van full of gear (as I type), bands due into town around 6:30/7pm to sound check and doors open at 9:30pm. Nice, tight window there don’t you think!
If you’re in Kilkenny tonight you’re in for a right treat. We had Innate at the One Take Sessions in January and they’re “just that damn good”. We’ve been listening to their album, ‘Sweet Mess’ for a few months as well and its a pure crack. Fox Jaw Bounty Hunters themselves are loud and energetic - all three bands throwing together a healthy blend of rock for Saturday night.
Its all happening in Cleere’s Theatre on Parliament Street (that would be the red pub opposite the Watergate Theatre if you don’t know it). Its been a busy few weeks for KKM, this being the last of the big gigs for May before we enjoy a weekend off next weekend before the ‘Sessions and comedy festival.
