Biography
Having formed in February 2005, Myp Et Jeep have spent the last two years writing songs and getting their shit together. Along the way they’ve trucked around Ireland and some of the UK bringing rock to the masses, supported some pretty cool bands, met loads of nice people and made some good friends.
Still only a few months on the go in the summer 2005, Myp Et Jeep won out the Kilkenny Battle Of The Bands which gifted them some valuable recording time, eventually producing their debut EP (now available in full on MySpace).
In spring of 2006 they recorded four tracks with friend and creative force Leo Pearson. Flash forward to 2007 and the band are set to release their as-yet-untitled debut album in the summer.

Easily comparable to the likes of Snow Patrol and the Stereophonics, Myp Et Jeep still produce a great original sound. They joined us for the One Take Sessions on December 14th 2006 to perform their very first acoustic set to fantastic acclaim before hitting the stage at the KilkennyMusic.com Christmas Party two days later. Great things are expected of this band in 2007.
